Arcady Cruise is a day boat newly made in September 2021. With the modern and luxury design, Arcady cruise matches the most strict requirements set by the Vietnam Tourism sector in terms of quality and safety. The boat is 18m long and 7m wide making up a scale of a total of 130sqm for each deck. Therefore, the Arcady cruise brings up not only firm stability but also a spacious area for a comfortable stay during the journey toward one of the most spectacular spots in the world.

08:15 – 08:45	Good morning!!! Please, be ready at the Hanoi Calista Hotel lobby wait for Arcady Luxury Cruise’s Guide to pick you up, and then depart to Ha Long Bay. Driving passing High-Way. Break time: 20 minutes at Rest Stop on High-Way.
11:45 – 18:00	Arrive at Ha Long International Port. Welcomed by Arcady Luxury Cruise’s Receptionist then walked along the pier to get to the Arcady Luxury Cruise. Discover Ha Long Bay and allow the visitor to admire the natural beauty of the Bay and get unforgettable moments while the cruise passes by the center area of Ha Long Bay. Lunch is ready to serve on the cruise with the various dishes that are typical of Vietnamese food and Seafood. Walk up to the most famous and beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay, the Surprising Cave. Kayaking at the leisure of enjoying the beautiful scenery at Hang Luon (Creep Cave) with the Rowboat, which is rowed by the local people in Ha Long Bay. Take a visit to Titop Island, this is the best time for the tourists to enjoy the swimming, and immerse in the emerald green water of Ha Long Bay. Spending time (01 hours) joining in exciting hiking activities to the top of the mountain to admire the charming Ha Long’s panorama scenery. Return to Arcady Luxury Cruises. Enjoy the tea-time in the Sunset on Ha Long Bay. It is an ideal time for photography enthusiasts to capture the stunning moment of sunset at Ha Long Bay.

Cancellation policy:

In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees will be charged:

ü The cancellation from 02 days in advance of our service: Free of charge.
ü The cancellation within 02 days, we will charge you as 100% of total price.

Children's Policy:

ü  Free of charge for infant (below 05 years old), other expenses pay by parents
ü  Children from 06 to 10 years old are charged 70%
ü  Two adults bring 02 children, he 02^nd child will be charged 70% as adult rate.
ü  Children 70% have one private seat and water as adults.

Payment & Amendments:
30% of the total service reserved. The rest of payment will be settle directly at hotel upon check in.

Notice:Settle by Cash will apply without of any surcharge.
Settle by Visa/ Master card: We will apply 2% for the bank fee.
Settle by Amex we apply 5% for the bank fee.
